摘　　要：目的分析临床医师质量管理工具培训效果,为医院质量管理工作改进提供参考。方法设置实验组和对照组,对实验组进行品管圈工具培训。采用问卷调查法和访谈法,以医师质量管理知识掌握情况进行评价。结果培训前,医师总体质量管理知识平均分为30.5分,实验组与对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),是否接受质量管理知识培训的医师间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培训后,实验组与对照组的质量管理知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),纵向分析显示,实验组医师质量管理知识得分有较大幅度提高。结论品管圈是有效的质量管理工具。此次培训效果显著,但仍需持续改进,如要主题更深入,参与更广泛,形式更灵活等。Objective To analyze the training effect of quality management tools among clinical physicians in a hospital to provide reference for hospital quality management. Method The experimental group and control group were set up with training of quality control circle tools in the experimental group. The questionnaire survey and interview method were used to evaluate the training effect on quality management knowledge of physicians. Result Before the training, the average score of quality manage- ment knowledge of physicians was 30.5 points, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After the training, there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group on the quality management knowledge score （ P 〈 0. 001）. The longitudinal analysis showed that the score of the quality management knowledge of the experi- mental group was significantly improved. Conclusion Quality control circle is an effective quality management tool. The training effect was remarkable, however~ continuous improvement was still needed on in - depth theme, more extensive participation, and flexible forms, etc.
