摘　　要：利用电子信息化技术,从预检分诊、诊室就诊、配药取号、输液换补液、观察随访等多环节优化急诊输液流程,有效地提高了病人满意度,减少了医疗差错发生率,保障了急诊静脉药品安全,促进了急诊输液室管理水平的提高。Basing on the modem electric technology, emergency vein transfusion procedure was optimized from processes of pre -triage, clinic visits, dispensing sequence, infusion and fluid change, and follow - up observation, which effectively en- hanced patient satisfaction, reduced the incidence of medical error, protected emergency intravenous drag safety, promoted the improvement of the emergency infusion room management level.
