摘　　要：应用SBAR标准化沟通模式,从设计患儿交接单、落实护理人员培训、规范患儿交接流程等方面,对患儿由产科转入新生儿科交接环节进行改善,使患儿交接缺陷率由47.89%降低到18.67%。使用SBAR标准化沟通模式,规范了护理交接流程,降低了患儿交接缺陷率,保护了患儿安全,提高了护理人员综合能力。According to the SBAR standardized communication mode, the process for patients transferred from Obstetric De- partment to Department of Neonatology was improved from aspects of design of delivery receipt, implementation of training of nurs- ing staff, and standard of patients transfer, which made the handover defect rate decreased from 47.89% to 18.67%. The SBAR standardized communication mode can standardize nursing handover procedures, reduce the handover defect rate, protect patient safety, and improve the comprehensive capability of nursing staff.
