摘　　要：目的了解学科专家对围产期护理关键指标的看法,为制定规范的围产期护理质量评价指标体系提供依据。方法采用半结构式访谈法对11名学科专家进行深度访谈,应用现象学分析法进行分析。结果分析学科专家的观点后发现,应筛选围产期护理质量关键指标的必要性和可行性。结论现存护理质量评价指标以通用指标为主,不适用围产期专科护理质量评价,应创建一套可量化、操作强的围产期护理质量指标体系,促进围产护理质量的持续改进和护理内涵的深化。Objective To investigate the nursing specialists＇ views about key indicators on perinatal nursing quality, to pro- vide evidence for the construction of perinatal nursing quality evaluation system. Method Semi - structured interviews were used for in - depth interview of 11 subject specialists, and phenomenological analysis method was used for analysis. Result Two main themes were identified： the necessity and feasibility of screening of key indicators on perinatal care quality. Conclusion The current common metrics based criteria of nursing quality evaluation is not suitable for perinatal specialist nursing quality evalua- tion. A set of quantifiable, operational perinatal nursing quality indicators system should be established to promote the continuous improvement of perinatal care quality and deepen the connotation of nursing.
