摘　　要：利用Excel表格中的函数计算功能、循环计算公式,在单元格中输入需临床护理质量控制图分析的有关数据,按一定的编程规则,自动循环计算平均值、均差、上限、下限,编辑"快速质量控制图绘制模板",利用绘制模板及Excel表格中的图表制作功能,按常规步骤绘制出标准的质量控制图。当需要绘制新的质量控制图时,只需将新的数据录入,修改标题、最大值、最小值等,即可快速绘制出新的质量控制图。使用"快速质量控制图绘制模板"绘制新的护理质量控制图,可取得快速掌握、快速绘制、简单易学、正确率高的效果,建议推广使用。By using Excel spreadsheet function calculation function and formula of loop, the data were entered in the cell in need of clinical nursing quality control chart analysis, according to certain programming rules, it automatically calculated the aver- age, mean difference, upper and lower limits, and ＂fast quality control chart drawing template＂ was edited. By using drawing templates and Excel spreadsheet charting capabilities, standard quality control charts were drawn according to routine procedures. When a new quality control chart is needed to be drawn, only by entering the new data, modifying the title, maximum, minimum, etc. , a new quality control charts can be quickly drawn, to draw a new nursing quality control charts by using ＂fast quality control chart drawing template＂, the effects of rapid master, fast drawing, easy to learn, high correction rate can he achieved, which can be widely used.
