摘  要:目的了解上海市某三甲专科医院规模扩大后,医院的患者安全文化现况。方法使用美国医疗健康研究与质量机构通用的《医院患者安全文化调查量表》对全院员工进行调查,计算各维度正性回答率,并与AHRQ2014年同类医院结果进行比较;根据员工在医院的工作时间,比较新员工(<1年)和非新员工(≥1年)的患者安全文化状况。结果医院规模扩大后,安全文化总体水平接近AHRQ同类医院(床位>500张)的平均水平;新员工的患者安全文化水平接近非新员工;不良事件的上报频率和对差错的非惩罚性处理两个维度的得分最低。结论医院还需进一步探索鼓励不良事件上报的措施,建立无责备的安全文化。Objective To investigate the patient safety culture in a tertiary specialist hospital in Shanghai after scale ' up of organization. Method The Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture ( HSOPSC ) developed by the Agency for Heahhcare Re- search and Quality ( AHRQ ) in US was used for survey among all staff. The result was compared with those of hospitals with the same classification. According to job duration, the patient safety culture of new staff with less than one year was compared with the other staff with more than one year. Result After the scale - up of organization, the whole patient safety culture level was similar to those AHRQ hospitals. The result of new employees was the same with those who work more than one year. The dimensions of frequency of adverse event reporting and the non -punitive response on mistakes had the lowest scores. Conclusion Measures should be taken to further enhance adverse - event reporting and establish non - punitive safety culture.
