十堰市临床输血管理现状调查及改进建议

摘　　要：目的了解十堰市医疗机构临床输血管理现状,发现存在问题并提出改进建议。方法专家督导检查。结果三级医院和二级综合医院临床输血管理相对规范;二级专科医院和一级医院存在输血科体制不健全,硬件配套设施不够,医务人员缺乏培训等问题,输血管理存在安全隐患。结论建议卫生行政主管部门采取行政干预推动解决各医疗机构输血科体制机制建设问题,加强临床输血管理委员会建设,加强输血业务培训等,通过系列举措规范临床输血管理工作,有效规避医疗风险。Objective To investigate the status of clinical blood transfusion management in medical institutions in Shiyan City, to find the problems and propose improvement measures. Method The expert supervision and inspection. Result The clinical blood transfusion management in the third - grade and the second - grade general hospitals was relatively standardized. The system construction in transfusion departments in the second - grade specialized hospitals and the first - grade hospitals were not perfect, the hardware facilities were lacked and training of medical personnel was not sufficient, which showed security risk in blood transfusion management. Conclusion It was suggested that the health administrative departments should take administra- tive interventions to promote the settlement on system construction in transfusion departments ; strengthen clinical blood transfusion management committee, strengthen blood transfusion services training, take measures on standardized clinical management of blood transfusion to effectively avoid medical risks.
