摘 要:我国城镇职工、机关干部一直采用差异化的性别退休政策,即男性60岁、女工人50岁、女干部55岁退休。这种差异性规定既基于建国后当时客观条件的限制,也基于主观上保护妇女的初衷,无疑具有一定合理性。但时至今日,这种差异性规定已与现实条件不完全相符,更不利于维护女性养老金权益,因此应予改变,即实行男女同龄退休。这既需要传统观念的转变,也需要取消过去的过度保障,更应将平等的性别意识纳入养老保险政策制定中,同时增加政策制定中女性代言人的比例,以切实维护妇女养老金权益。Chinese urban employees and government cadres have been adopting differentiation sex retirement policy, namely male at 60, female employees at 50, female cadres at 55. The differentiated regulation was based on the limitation of objective conditions after country foundation and was also based on the purpose of protecting for women's rights, which undoubtedly had certain rationality. But until today, this differentiated regulation is no more suitable to the real condition, even is no more conducive to maintain women's rights, therefore it should be changed, namely the same retirement age for men and women. What it's needed is changing the traditional view and cancelling the excessive protection in the past, More importantly, adding gender equality into the pension insurance policy, at the same time increasing the proportion of female voice in policy making in order to truly protect women's pension rights.
