摘  要:在两种不同的基于pockels效应的非接触式过电压传感器中,环境温度是影响相位差的关键参数之一。通过对电光调制原理的分析,根据所得公式设计实验,针对非接触式过电压传感器中光电传感单元进行了相关晶体温度补偿方法的探索,并基于此对两种非接触式过电压传感器的温度特性进行了研究。对实验结果进行了理论计算和实际结果的对比,分析原因并指出在实际工程应用中应注意的问题。For two types of non-contact over voltage sensors, environment temperature is one of the essential pa- rameters to cause the phase difference, mechanism analysis of electro-optic modulation is finished and experiment is designed according to the equations from the mechanism analysis. Exploration is done on the temperature compen- sation method for electro-optical sensors in non-contact voltage sensor, and researches for temperature characteris- tics of two types of untouched voltage sensors are conducted, with the comparison for the theoretical calculation re- sults and practical results, reasons are analysed and cautions are listed in practical engineering application.
