摘　　要：2016年欧洲心脏病学会发布的心房颤动(房颤)管理指南是对2012年该指南的更新。2016年指南更加强调房颤的危害,在房颤的卒中预防和抗凝治疗等方面有较多的变化,为房颤提供了新的诊治思路,对临床有一定的指导作用。The present European Society of Cardiology（ESC）guidelines are the update to the 2012 European guidelines for the management of atrial fibrillation.Compared with the previous guidelines,the guides lay more emphasis on the hazards of atrial fibrillation.There are many changes in the guidelines for prevention of stroke and anticoagulation in atrial fibrillation.These guidelines provide a new diagnosis and treatment ideas for atrial fibrillation,and is helpful in our clinical practice.
