摘　　要：整合素是一类细胞膜受体家族,在心肌细胞机械刺激的传导和感应中起主要作用。整合素和一些相关的细胞骨架蛋白,将肌动蛋白同细胞外基质联系起来,触发细胞内信号途径,引起心肌肥大。本文将讨论整合素的作用机制,为心肌肥大的预防和靶向治疗提供依据。Integrins,a class of membrane receptors,play an important role in transmitting the mechanical force across the plasma membrane and sensing the mechanical load in cardiomyocytes.Integrins,together with a number of associated cytoskeletal proteins,connect the sarcomeric contractile apparatus to the extracellular matrix across the plasma membrane and trigger intracellular signaling pathways activating the cardiomyocyte hypertrophy program.
