摘　　要：目的了解某院2012-2015年金黄色葡萄球菌的临床分布特征及对抗菌药物的耐药特点,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供理论依据。方法采用WHONET5.6对724株金黄色葡萄球菌的标本来源、科室分布及耐药性等进行统计分析。结果 2012-2015年该院从送检的67 262份标本中分离出724株金黄色葡萄球菌,其科室分布主要以ICU、骨科、皮肤科、普外科、神经外科和肾病科为主;标本来源主要为分泌物,其次来源于痰液、血液、脓液和脑脊液;其中共检出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)268株,检出率为37.0%(268/724);金黄色葡萄球菌对阿奇霉素、克林霉素、克拉霉素、红霉素和青霉素的耐药率高达70.0%。结论该院检出的金黄色葡萄球菌对多种抗菌药物均可产生不同程度的耐药性,故应加强临床合理使用抗菌药和感染控制的监管。Objective This work was to investigate the clinical distribution of Staphylococcus aureus and its drug resistance to antimicrobial drugs between 2012 and 2015 in the Central Hospital of Xiangyang, so as toprovide reference for the rational clinical use of antibiotics. Methods WHONET5.6 was used to analyze the 724 specimens for the source of specimen, distribution among departments and drug resistance. Results Between 2012 and 2015, 724 strains of S. aureus were isolated from 67262 specimens. The isolates mainly distributed in the departments of ICU, orthopedics, dermatology, general surgery, neurosurgery and nephrology. Specimens were mainly from secretions, secondly from sputum, blood, pus, and cerebrospinal fluid. There were 268 strains of the methicillin-resistant S. aureus （MRSA） detected, with a detection rate of 37.02% （268/ 724）. S. aureus isolates showed a high resistance rate up to 70% to azithromycin, clindamycin, clarithromycin, erythromycin and penicillin. Conclusion S. aureus had a high rate of drug resistance in the hospital. Supervision should be strengthened with clinically rational use of antimicrobial drugs and infection control.
