摘 要:随着主动式配电网的发展和分布式能源的大量接入,输电网与配电网间的联系日益复杂紧密,在对配电网进行可靠性评估时应充分考虑输电网可靠程度。提出了一种量化输电网可靠程度的输电网等值方法,用以提高配电网可靠性评估的实用性。首先,提出了节点最大负载能力的概念,用以表征输电网向下游配电网的最大供电能力,进而将输电网等值成配电网的电源节点。其次,采用蒙特卡洛模拟法和最优化技术相结合的方法,建立了输电网节点最大负载能力计算评估模型。最后,采用RBTS输电系统进行测试,验证了所提出的输电网可靠性量化等值方法的有效性。With the development of the active distribution network and the distributed energy, the links between the transmission grid and distribution network are more and more close and complex. The reliability of the transmission grid should be fully considered when the distribution network reliability assessment is studied. This paper presents a method to quantify the reliability of the transmission grid, in order to enhance the practicability of the reliability assessment of the distribution network. First, this paper presents the concept of maximum load capacity that shows the maximum power supply capacity of the transmission grid to supply the downstream distribution network, and then the transmission system can be equivalent to the power supply node of the distribution network. Secondly, Monte Carlo simulation and optimization techniques are used to establish the maximum load capacity evaluation model. Finally, RBTS transmission test system is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method of quantifying the reliability of the transmission grid.
