摘　　要：目的通过采用文献系统评价方法及Meta分析，评价结核病防治服务新体系的运行效果。方法通过计算机电子检索CBMdise、TCMLRS、CNKI、中国科技期刊光盘数据库、万方数据库中的与结核病防治服务体系运行效果相关的论著167篇，按照循证医学文献检索格式（participants，interventions，comparisons，outcomes；PICO）标准共纳入11篇，采用RevMan5．0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入文献ll篇，最大样本量为6716例，最小为397例。运行新体系后，转诊到位率（86．96％，7283／8375）、追踪到位率（95．84％，806／841）、2个月末查痰率（94．53％，1364／1443）、治疗成功率（94．35％，1802／1910）和系统管理率（98．69％，9316／9440）与运行前（分别为73．09％、78．38％、82．11％、89．15％、93．59％）相比，差异均有统计学意义（Z值分别为4．24、2．72、3．82、2．13、16．72，P值均〈0．05）。结论新体系下，转诊到位率、追踪到位率、治疗后2个月末查痰率、治疗成功率和系统管理率都有明显的提升。Objective To evaluate the operation effect of new TB control service system by literature systematic review and Meta-analysis. Methods By searching CBMdise, TCMLRS, CNKI, Chinese scientific and tech-nical journals CD database, Wanfang database, a total of 167 articles were retrieved and 11 of them were included according to the PICO standard. RevMan 5.0 software was used for Meta analysis. Results A total of 11 papers were included in this review. The largest sample size was 6716 cases, and least of 397 cases. After running the new system, in comparison with the system running before, the difference of the referral in place rate （86.96%, 7283/8375）, tracking in place rate （95.84%, 806/841）, the sputum examination rate of at the end of 2-month treatment （94.53%, 1364/1443）, the treatment success rate （94. 35%, 1802/1910） and the system management rate （98.69%,9316/9440） were statistically significant （Z values were 4.24, 2.72, 3.82, 2.13, 16.72, P values were 〈0.05）. Conclusion Under the new system, referral and tracking in place rate, the sputum examination rate of at the end of 2-month treatment, the treatment success rate and system management rate has increased significantly.
