摘 要:采用Na_2CO_3-Na OH混合碱熔融活化含钾岩石制备低硅X型分子筛(LSX)的工艺。考察了分解温度、分解时间、碱矿质量比和Na OH与Na_2CO_3质量比对含钾岩石分解的影响,以及物料摩尔配比n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)、n(H2O)/n(Na_2O+K_2O)和n(Na_2O)/n(Na_2O+K_2O)对合成分子筛的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行表征。结果表明,含钾岩石分解为高活性前驱物的适宜条件为分解温度300℃、分解时间3.0 h、碱矿质量比2.5∶1、Na OH与Na_2CO_3质量比1.5∶1,制备LSX分子筛适宜物料摩尔配比为n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)=2.2,n(Na_2O)/n(Na_2O+K_2O)=0.78,n(H2O)/n(Na_2O+K_2O)=15.32。In this study, the potassic rocks were activated to synthesize low silica X (LSX) zeolite. The effects of activation temperature, activation time, mass ratio of alkali-to-ore and NaOH-to-Na2CO3 on activation of potassic rocks powder, and the effects of molar ratios of n(SiO2)/ n(Al2O3), n(Na2O)/n(Na2O+K2O) and n(H20)/n(Na2O+K2O) on the synthesis of LSX zeolite were investigated. X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize the samples. The results demonstrated that the suitable conditions for activating potassic rocks by Na2CO3-NaOH mixed alkali fusion method to obtain high active precursor were as follows: the activation temperature was 300 ℃, the activation time was 3.0 h, the mass ratio of alkali-to-ore was 2.5 : 1 and the mass ratio of NaOH-to-Na2CO3 was 1.5 : 1. The suitable molar ratios for preparation of LSX zeolite using the high active precursor from activation of potassic rocks were n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=2.2, n(Na2O)/n(Na2O+K2O)=0.78 and rt(H2O)/ n(Na2O+K2O)= 15.32.
