摘  要:针对飞机液压系统的液压冲击问题,在分析液压冲击产生机理的基础上,运用AMESim仿真软件建立民用飞机液压系统动态特性仿真模型,并分析优先阀开启时间、管路长度、管径和壁厚对液压冲击的影响规律。仿真结果表明,通过增大优先阀开启时间,适当缩短管路长度和增大管径能够有效降低液压系统的液压冲击现象。所采用的研究方法和仿真模型能够为民用飞机元件和管路的参数匹配和布置安装提供理论依据。Based on the mechanism analysis of hydraulic impact, the AMESim simulation model is built in order to analyze the hydraulic impact for the aircraft. And then, influences of the priority valve cracking time, tube length, tube diameter and tube thickness are simulated and studied. The simulation results show that, the extension of priority valve cracking time, shortening tube length and increasing tube diameter will be helpful to reduce the hydraulic impact. Finally, some proposals are given to reduce the hydraulic impact. The adopted methods have provided basis to the hydraulic equipments and tubes′ parameter matching and layout arrangement for the aircraft.
