复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非治疗糖尿病勃起功能障碍(DMED)的临床疗效。方法:将80例DMED患者分为2组:复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非治疗DMED为观察组,单纯服用他达拉非治疗DMED为对照组,各40例;治疗4周后复诊。结果:观察组患者疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中度障碍患者治疗后勃起功能指数评分升高程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);而2组轻度及重度障碍患者治疗后勃起功能指数评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用复方玄驹胶囊联合他达拉非治疗DMED具有较好的临床疗效,不良反应少。Objective：To investigate the curative effects of compound Xuanju capsule combined with tadalafil in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction（ DMED） . Methods：Ejghty patients with DMED were divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group and control group were treated with compound Xuanju capsule combined with tadalafil and single tadalafil, respectively. The patients were reexamined after 4 weeks of treatment. Results：The curative effects in treatment group were better than that in control group（P 〈0. 05）. The increasing degree of IIEF-5 score of the patients with moderate ED in treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0. 01）,while the differences of IIEF-5 score of the patients with mild and severe ED in two groups after treatment were not statistically significant（P〉0. 05）. Conclusions：The treatment of DMED with compound Xuanju capsule combined with tadalafil has good effects and less adverse reaction.
