摘　　要：为了提高并条机出条质量,详细分析EDA嵌入式自调匀整装置的原理、基本组成及特点,并与国外品牌并条机进行使用对比。结果表明:应用EDA嵌入式自调匀整装置的并条机动作反应快、精度高、稳定性好、匀整性能提高,同等条件下出条重不匀水平、乌斯特条干CVm值和稳定性与国外品牌并条机技术水平基本一致;降低使用和维护成本,其性价比高。To improve the quality of a drawing sliver, a detailed analysis is done of the workhow, infrastructure,and the feature of the embedded autoleveller EDA in contrast with foreign products.The results show that the embedded autoleveller EDA is of quick action,high precision, good stability and leveling property.Under the same conditions,the embedded autoleveller EDA is very close to the overseas products in sliver unevenness, Uster CVm value and stability, consequently,lowering the cost of service and maintenance with good perfromance and price ratio.
