摘　　要：为了降低纱线毛羽,分别对细纱和络筒工序影响毛羽的因素进行分析,并对器材专件的质量优选、使用参数设置、装配方式以及装配位置等对毛羽的影响进行试验。指出:细纱、络筒工序是控制纱线毛羽的关键环节,影响毛羽的因素较多;减少纱线毛羽应做到各种器材专件的规范化装配并合理使用,保证纱线通道光滑,优化关键器材专件的使用周期及工艺。To reduce the yarn hairiness,analysis is done respectively to influence tactors with hairiness in the spinning and winding processes. Tests are done to the factors with hairiness such as selection of textile accessories and parts, specification settings, and assembly position.It is pointed out that there are many factors in the spinning and winding processes which are improtant to hairiness control.The assembly norms must be followed when accessories and parts are installed,assuring smooth yarn channel and life cycle and process optimized.
