摘　　要：为了提高纺纱器材、专件的使用效果,分析牵伸用胶辊、集聚管和钢领的使用问题,提出胶辊性能指标应综合考评,并向提高握持力方向发展;分析网格圈回转受力,提出集聚纺纱用集聚管的设计要求;探讨钢领使用中出现焊结点、不同润滑形式的问题。指出:甄选、设计纺纱器材、专件应科学、严谨;制造和使用需提高认知,加强相关基础理论的研究,建立正确系统的工作方法。To improve the application effect of the spinning accessories and parts, analysis is done to problems with drafting cots, compact tubes and rings.It is suggested that comprehensive evaluation be done to the performance of the cots with increase of the holding force as the orientation.Analysis is done to the roatary force of the lattice apron with the design requirement of the ccompact tubes.Probing is done into the welding points and the lubrication mode.It concludes that selection and design of the textile accessories and parts must be reasonable and serious.Manufacturing and application need cognitive power for strengthened research of basic theory while correction and systematic methods are also needed.
