摘  要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、热失重-气相色谱-质谱联用仪及核磁共振氢谱表征了牌号为AR 72 LS的丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM),考察了炭黑用量对ACM混炼胶及硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,ACM的主单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯,硫化点单体为氯乙基乙烯醚;随着炭黑用量的增加,ACM混炼胶的最大转矩、最小转矩及转矩差值均增大,正硫化时间延长,Payne效应变得明显;ACM硫化胶的损耗因子峰值降低,玻璃化转变温度升高,拉伸强度、邵尔A硬度和定伸应力均提高,扯断伸长率先增大后减小。The structure of acrylate rubber( ACM)AR 72 LS was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetry-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,the effects of carbon black amount on the properties of ACM compounds and vulcanizates were investigated. The results showed that ethyl acrylate,butyl acrylate and methoxyethyl acrylate were main monomers in ACM synthesis,and chloroethylvinyl ether was used as a crosslinking monomer. With increasing carbon black,the maximum torque,the minimum torque and torque difference increased,optimum curing time of ACM compounds extended and the Payne effect of compounds became obvious. The loss factor peak value of ACM vulcanizates decreased,the glass transition temperature shifted to high temperature,the tensile strength,Shore A hardness and modulus increased,while the elongation at break increased first and then decreased.
