摘 要:通过橡胶加工分析仪考察了天然橡胶(NR)在不同温度、时间下的再生过程,研究了NR硫化胶再生过程中交联结构的变化及再生机理。结果表明,当温度超过163℃时,NR硫化胶的再生程度显著提高;NR硫化胶在193℃再生时,前期主要发生主链断裂,后期交联键断裂迅速增多并逐渐占主要方式,同时伴随着交联键的重排;随着时间的延长,NR硫化胶再生效率达到一定程度后无明显变化,最终产物是数均分子量为26 500~66 600的溶胶。The devulcanization process of vulcanized natural rubber at different temperatures and times was investigated by rubber processing analyzer( RPA),the change of crosslinked structure and the regeneration mechanism were studied. The results showed that when the temperature was more than163 ℃,the devulcanization degree was improved significantly. The breakage of backbone mainly occured in the early stage of devulcanization at193 ℃,while that of crosslinking bond increased rapidly and dominated in the late stage,at the same time bonds were recombined. With the increase of time,the devulcanization efficiency tended to a certain level and changed little,and the final product was a sol, which had number average molecular weight from 26 500 to 66 600.
