真武汤加味对老年舒张性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨真武汤加味对老年舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者生活质量的影响。【方法】将120例DHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予常规西药+中药免煎颗粒真武汤加味治疗。应用生活质量一般性评价量表(SF-36)和明尼苏达心衰量表(MLHF)作为生活质量评价标准进行2组的临床疗效观察。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组除躯体疼痛(BP)无显著性改善(P>0.05)外,SF-36量表各维度评分及其平均分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组的改善作用均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)治疗后,2组MLHF量表评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01),且治疗组的改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】中药免煎颗粒真武汤加味可提高老年舒张性心力衰竭患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Zhenwu Decoction on the quality of life of elderly diastolic heart failure （DHF） patients. Methods One hundred and twenty elderly DHF patients were randomized into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was given conventional western medicine and decoction-free granules of modified Zhenwu Decoction. Short-form Health Survey （SF-36） scale and Minnesota Living Heart Failure Questionnaire（MLHF） were used for the evaluation of the quality of life. Results（ 1 ）Except for the bodily pain （P 〉 0.05） , the scores of each item of SF-36 and the mean overall SF-36 scores of the two groups were much improved after treatment（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 compared with those before treatment）, and the improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. （2） After treatment, MLHF scores of the two groups were much improved （P 〈 0.01 compared with those before treatment） , and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group （P 〈 0.05 compared with that of the control group） Conclusion Decoction-free granules of modified Zhenwu Decoction is effective on improving the quality of life of elderly DHF patients.
