摘  要:中国农民不仅是中国特色社会主义事业的重要探索者、参与者、实践者,而且是中国特色社会主义事业的重要受益者、评判者、拥护者。尊重与发展农民话语权利是中国特色社会主义话语体系建设的一个重要组成部分。然而,由于历史和现实等复杂的主客观原因,当前农民话语权利存在着缺失或残缺等诸多问题。对此,我们要运用马克思主义来正确地认识与有效引领农民的话语权:一是克服基于对农民旧的偏见产生的话语歧视与话语傲慢;二是在理解农民中尊重农民特有话语方式;三是引领农民话语权以提高农民话语的社会正能量,从而在尊重农民话语权中创造出中国特色社会主义话语特色与话语优势。Chinese farmers are not only the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics of important explorers ,participants and practitioners, and also are the cause of socialism with China characteristics of important beneficiaries ,judge and advocate. Respect and development of farmers' discourse right is an important part of the construction of the discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, due to the complexity of the subjective and objective reasons such as history and reality ,there are such many problems as the lack of the right of farmers' discourse. In this regard, we should use the Marx doctrine to correctly understand and effectively lead the farmers the right to speak : one way is to overcome discrimination and pride of discourse discourse based on Farmers' old prejudices;the second way is respecting their unique speech style in the understanding of farmers;the third is to lead the farmers to improve the farmers' right to speak words of social positive energy, and create a socialist discourse with China characteristics and advantages to show the respect for discourse right of farmers.
