摘　　要：大力发展具有鲜明中国特色的社会主义大众文化,不仅需要充分发挥社会主义核心价值观引领、整合和指导作用,还需要推进文化体制、机制创新,明确大众文化建设的总体思路和原则,进行包括优秀大众文化创作、大众文化企业的管理、大众文化市场运作、大众文化人才培养、大众审美能力提高在内的五大系统工程建设。To develop socialist popular culture with distinctive China characteristics, it is not only necessary to make a use of leading, integration and guidance role of the socialist core values, also necessary to promote the cul- tural system and mechanism innovation, a clear general idea and principles of the construction of popular culture, including such 5 systems engineering construction as popular culture,mass culture creation of excellent enterprise management, market operation of mass culture, personnel training and improving the public aesthetic ability.
