社会体育指导与管理专业学生能力调查研究——以楚雄师范学院为例

摘　　要：社会体育指导与管理专业主要指学习社会体育方面的基础理论和基本知识,受到从事社会体育工作的基本训练,掌握群众体育活动组织管理、咨询指导、经营开发和教学科研等方面的基本能力;本文主要采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对我校体育与健康学院第一届社会体育指导与管理专业学生掌握的技术能力进行调查与访谈,旨在梳理体育与健康学院第一届社会体育指导与管理专业学生学习效果,为后期该专业的发展建言献策。Majors of social sports guidance and administration mainly study the basic theories and knowledge and receive basic training regarding social sports to make sure they are capable of organizing, administrating, consulting, guiding, marketing and researching mass sports activities. By consulting re- search literature, carrying out survey, organizing questionnaires and resorting to statistical processing, this paper presents the authors＇ research and interview regarding capabilities of the majors of social sports guid- ance and administration of the School of Physical Education and Health, Chuxiong Normal University. This research is conducted to review the learning effects of the first class of majors of social sports guidance and administration of the School for future development of the specialization.
