摘 要:以γ-Al_2O_3为载体,采用浸渍法制备出一系列Ce/Al_2O_3,La/Al_2O_3,Ce-La/Al_2O_3催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD),N2吸附-脱附,氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等分析手段对催化剂进行了表征,并在O2存在的条件下,考察了金属Ce,La负载量、焙烧条件、水蒸气以及SO2对催化剂催化CO还原NO性能的影响。结果表明:与Ce10Al催化剂相比,负载3%(质量分数)的La后,在反应温度为500℃的条件下,Ce10La3Al催化剂可使NO转化率提高22个百分点;La能够提高Al_2O_3的热稳定性,使Ce10La3Al催化剂具有优异的抗烧结能力和水热稳定性,但SO2可致使其中毒失活。With γ-Al_2O_3 as carrier,a series of Ce / Al_2O_3,La /Al_2O_3,Ce-La /Al_2O_3 catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by analysis means such as X-ray diffraction( XRD),N2adsorption-desorption and H2 temperature programmed reduction( H2-TPR) etc,and in the presence of O2,the influences of loading capacity of Ce or La,calcination conditions,H2 O or SO2 on the performance of the catalysts catalytic reduction of NO by CO were investigated.The results showed that compared with catalyst Ce10 Al,after loading 3%( mass fraction) La,the NO conversion could increase by 22 percent points with catalyst Ce10La3 Al at the condition of reaction temperature 500 ℃. The thermal stability of Al_2O_3 could be enhanced by La,and catalyst Ce10La3 Al had excellent anti-sintering ability and hydrothermal stability,however,SO2 could cause it poisoning deactivation.
