摘  要:以水玻璃、硅铝凝胶、导向剂、硫酸铝、低(高)碱度偏铝酸钠为原料,采用导向剂法制备Na Y分子筛,考察了制备工艺条件包括晶化压力及时间、晶化体系碱度及浓度、硅铝凝胶加入量(占原料总量的质量分数)、水洗倍数(水洗水与分子筛干基的质量比)等对Na Y分子筛相对结晶度的影响。结果表明:采用常压或高压2种方式、采用高碱度偏铝酸钠在常压条件下均可合成出优质的Na Y分子筛;在优选的制备条件即晶化时间为28 h,硅铝凝胶加入量为40%,水洗倍数为5下,所制备Na Y分子筛的相对结晶度约为88%,p H值为9~10。The Na Y molecular sieve was prepared by the directing agent method with water glass,silicon aluminum gel,directing agent,aluminum sulfate and low( or high) alkalinity sodium metaaluminate as raw materials. The effects of preparation conditions including the pressure and time of crystallization,the basicity and concentration of crystallization system,the addition of silicon aluminum gel( the mass fraction of total raw materials),the washing multiple( the mass ratio of washing water to dry basis of molecular sieve) on the relative crystallinity of the Na Y molecular sieve were investigated. The results showed that the Na Y molecular with high quality could be synthesized by two ways of common or high pressure,or with high alkalinity sodium aluminate under common pressure condition. Under the optimization preparation conditions such as crystallization time 28 h,addition of silicon aluminum gel 40%,washing multiple 5,the relative crystallinity of the prepared Na Y molecular sieve was about 88%,and the p H value was 9-10.
