摘 要:以塔河常压渣油为原料,分别在延迟焦化中试装置及重油结焦评价装置上,考察了循环比对循环油性质、加热炉辐射段进料性质及其结焦趋势的影响。结果表明:当循环比由0.92降低到0.39时,循环油和加热炉辐射段进料的密度增加,性质趋于劣化,结焦趋势加重;与国内同类装置对比可知,当塔河延迟焦化装置的循环比降至约0.5时,不会造成炉管严重结焦,加热炉运行是安全的。The effects of cycle ratio on properties of recycle oil,heater radiation section feed and its coking tendency were investigated with Tahe atmospheric residue as stock in a delayed coking pilot plant and a heavy oil coking evaluation device. The results showed that the densities of recycle oil and heater radiation section feed increased with the cycle ratio decreasing from 0. 92 to 0. 39,the properties tended to deteriorate,and the coking factors of these oils increased significantly. Compared with the domestic similar units,when the cycle ratio of Tahe delayed coking unit reduced to about 0. 5,it could not cause serious coking of furnace tube,and the operation of heating furnace was safe.
