摘  要:在中国石油广西石化公司3.5 Mt/a催化裂化装置上考察了硫转移剂加注量对烟气中SO2含量的影响,并对加注硫转移剂后,剂油比、再生温度、烟气中CO含量等操作条件进行了优化。结果表明,硫转移剂加注质量分数为4%时,综合效果最佳。在硫转移剂质量分数为4%,剂油质量比为8.0~8.4,二再温度为670~680℃,一再温度730℃,烟气中CO体积分数为6.6%的最优条件下,烟气中SO2质量浓度由842 mg/m3下降到813 mg/m3。The filling quantity of sulfur transfer agent on SO2 content of flue gas was investigated in a3. 5 Mt / a fluid catalytic cracking unit of Guangxi Petrochemical Company,Petro China,and operational conditions were optimized,such as catalyst to oil ratio,regeneration temperature,CO content of flue gas,etc. The results showed that when the filling quantity of sulfur transfer agent was 4%( mass fraction),the general effect reached the best. Under the optimum conditions of mass fraction of sulfur transfer agent 4%,mass ratio of catalyst to oil 8. 0-8. 4,temperature of the second reactor 670-680 ℃,temperature of the first reactor 730 ℃,the volume fraction of CO in flue gas 6. 6%,mass concentration of SO2 in flue gas decreased from 842 mg / m3 to 813 mg / m3.
