摘 要:[目的]建立高效的平陆百合脱毒苗生根系统。[方法]以百合再生小鳞茎为材料,研究了无机盐使用量、不同种类和浓度生长素、不同蔗糖浓度对其生根的影响。[结果]适当降低无机盐用量更适于百合的生根培养;NAA比IBA更利于诱导百合生根,且浓度为0.8mg·L^(-1)时最佳;蔗糖浓度为90g·L^(-1)时百合生根效果最好,过高或过低都会抑制其生根。[结论]平陆百合生根的最佳培养基为:1/2(大量、微量元素)MS+NAA0.8mg·L^(-1)+蔗糖90g·L^(-1),生根率达100%,且生根健壮,适合移栽。[Objective]In order to establish an efficient rooting protocol in vitro of Lilium brownie var.viridulum,[Methods]With the regenerated bulbs of Liliumas materials,the effect of inorganic salt,auxin and sucrose concentration on root formation of Lilium were studied.[Results]Lower inorganic salt concentration was much better for rooting of Lilium;NAA in comparison with IBA,were more suit able for roots formation of Lilium,the optimum concentration was 0.8mg·L^-1,The best induction results were obtained at the concentration of 90g·L^-1.Too high or too low sucrose concentration had some restrainable effect on root formation.[Conclusion]The optimal rooting media of Lilium brownii var.viridulum was 1/2(macroelements、microelements)MS+0.8 NAA mg·L^-1+90g·L^-1 sucrose.The rooting rate was 100% and roots were suitable for transplanting.
