行动研究法对社区护士健康教育能力和高血压患者治疗依从性的干预研究

摘　　要：目的观察行动研究法在提高社区护士健康教育能力和提升农村高血压患者治疗依从性的干预效果。方法选取杭州市3个社区的46名护士和对应农村的89例高血压患者为研究对象,其中23名护士和46例患者分为行动研究组,另23名护士和43例患者分为常规管理组,行动研究组采用行动研究法由研究者和社区护士对患者进行健康教育管理,常规管理组采用常规方法由社区护士对患者进行健康教育管理。评价干预前后护士健康教育能力及患者治疗依从性。结果干预后行动研究组社区护士健康教育能力评分(121.96±9.02)分,明显高于常规管理组社区护士的(93.09±7.14)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义。干预后行动研究组患者治疗依从性量表总分为(96.30±7.39)分,明显高于常规管理组的(81.51±11.28)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论行动研究法可提高社区护士健康教育能力,有效改善农村社区高血压患者的治疗依从性,规范高血压管理。Objective To observe the intervention effect of action research method on improving health education ability of rural community nurses and treatment compliance of patients with hypertension.Method Choose 46 nurses from 3communities and 89 patients with hypertension from corresponding rural communities.Put 23 nurses and 46 patients in action research group and put others in routine management group.Patients in action research group receive health education by researchers and community nurses using action research method.Patients in routine management group receive health education by community nurses using routine method.Assess nurses＇ education ability and treatment compliance of patients before and after intervention.Result Score on health education ability of community nurses after intervention in action research group is（121.96±9.02）,which is obviously higher than the score of nurses in routine management group（93.09±7.14）.The total score on treatment compliance of patients with hypertension in action research group is（96.30±7.39）,which is obviously higher than the score of patients in in routine management group（81.51±11.28）.The difference between two groups are significant.Conclusion Action research method can improve the health education ability of community nurses,treatment compliance of patients with hypertension in rural communities and normalize hypertension management.
