摘　　要：介绍了纺丝装置PLC系统长期存在通讯故障对装置生产带来很大损失,针对该故障进行针对性处理,对PLC系统的硬件和软件进行升级改造,同时对通讯系统的通讯介质和DP通讯接头进行升级改造,改造后系统通讯故障彻底消除。In this paper, the long term communication failure of PLC system in spinning device was introduced, which bring great loss to the production of the device. The targeted treatment was carried out according to the the fault. The hardware and software of PLC system was upgraded. At the same time, the communication medium of the communication system and the DP communication adapter was upgraded. The system communication failure was completely eliminated after transformation.
