“特殊使用”类抗菌药物医嘱点评分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨药师干预前后住院患者“特殊使用类”抗菌药物使用情况比较,为“特殊使用类”抗菌药物合理应用提供有价值的参考。方法：根据某院病案室数据库的患者病例统计2012年1月1日-2012年12月31日和2014年1月1日-2014年12月31日两个时间段内使用“特殊使用类”抗菌药物的手术与非手术病例为研究对象,分析两个时间段患者“特殊使用类”抗菌药物使用情况,包括用药类型、点评、治疗结果和医师职称等。结果：干预后,“特殊使用类”抗菌药物合格率超过99.0%,明显高于干预前70.0%,差异显著（P〈0.05）;干预后患者治愈率明显高于干预前,差异显著（P〈0.05）,且干预后患者用药不适数量明显减少,差异显著具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：药师干预后我院“特殊使用类”抗菌药物合理性明显提高,患者治疗效果提升,可为“特殊使用类”抗菌药物合理应用提供有价值的参考和借鉴。Objective：To explore the use of ＂special use＂ antimicrobial agents in hospitalized patients before and after pharmacist intervention,and to provide valuable reference for the rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods：According to the statistics of patient cases in the database of the medical record room in a hospital,the use of ＂special use class＂ antimicrobial agents for operation and non-surgery in two time periods from January 1,2012 to December 31,2012 and January 1,2014 to December 31,2014 were analyzed retrospectively.The use cases of ＂special use＂ antimicrobial agents in two time periods were analyzed,including types of medication,comments,treatment results,and physician titles.Results：After intervention,the qualified rate of ＂special use＂ antibiotics exceeded 99.0%,which was significantly higher than that before the intervention（70.0%）,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The cured rate after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention,,with significant difference（P〈0.05）,and the number of patients with medication discomfort after treatment significantly reduced,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The rationality of ＂special use＂ antimicrobial agents in a hospital after the intervention of pharmacists and the treatment effect have been improved significantly,which can provide valuable reference for the rational application of ＂special use＂ antimicrobial agents.
