产前筛查网络建立对降低出生缺陷发生率的干预性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨建立产前筛查网络对于降低惠州市惠城区出生缺陷发生率的干预效果。方法：2015年1月-12月建立产前筛查网络并将目标干预人群资料纳入系统中作为干预组,以2014年1月-12月接受常规产前筛查的60对新婚夫妇和225例孕妇作为对照组,观察两组相关出生缺陷干预结果。结果：干预组新婚夫妇及孕妇唐氏综合症、地中海贫血症、严重先天性心脏病终止怀孕（妊娠）率明显高于对照组,P〈0.05,有统计学意义。结论：建立产前筛查网络能够显著有效阻止缺陷患儿的出生,降低缺陷发生率,提高人口素质。Objective：To discuss the intervention effect of establishing prenatal screening network for reducing birth defects.Methods：Established prenatal screening network during January 2015 to December 2015 and brought target intervention group information into the system as the intervention group.60 pairs of newlyweds and 225 cases of pregnant women received routine prenatal screening from January 2014 to December2014were selected as the control group.Then compared intervention results of birth defects of two groups.Results：The newlyweds and pregnant women Down syndrome,thalassemia,and severe congenital heart disease termination of pregnancy（pregnancy）rates of intervention group were significantly higher then those of control group,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Establishing prenatal screening network can significantly effectively prevent birth defects,reduce the incidence of defects,and improve population quality.
