摘 要:为了实现滚珠直线导轨副的快速仿真分析,需要建立参数化驱动设计平台。以VC++为开发工具,Access为数据库支撑,调用了Creo对象和Pro/TOOKIT函数,将滚珠直线导轨副零部件的参数分类为结构参数、驱动参数和工艺参数,在Creo中添加了导轨副人机交互界面,达到了通过改变输入参数值就能迅速建立滚珠直线导轨副部件模型的目的;建立了数据库以方便输入参数;实现了参数化建模和虚拟化自动装配,装配后进行了干涉检查。此方法可使设计人员更方便快捷地设计导轨副,节省了开发成本,提高了工作效率。For achieving simulated analysis of linear rolling bearing fast,we need to build a design platform by parametric driven.In this paper,VC++ was used as the development tool and Access was the database support,Creo objects and Pro/TOOKIT functions were called,components parameters of linear rolling was categorized into structural parameters,driving parameters and process parameters.Human-computer interaction interface was added in the Creo,and the componment models of linear rolling bearing were established quickly by changing the input parameter values.The established database was convenient to input parameter;and the parametric modeling and virtual automatic assembly were realized,and the interference checking was taken after the assembly.This method can save the cost of development and improve the working efficiency.
