摘 要:提出了基于CCD测量组织光学参数的实验装置和测量思路。首先依据实验数据对理论模型进行了讨论,实验证明Kienle模型更接近于真实情况;然后依据拟合结果的鲁棒性对拟合范围的选取进行了讨论。结果证明:该方法可以有效地去除公式误差的影响,降低实验装置的系统误差,并获取较为准确的光学参数。The CCD technique provides a possibility for non-invasively measuring the optical properties of biological tissues.The experimental facilities and experimental approach have been proposed for the non-invasive measurement by using the CCD.The accuracy of different theoretical models has been assessed based on the experimental data.It is proved that the model proposed by Kienle is more close to the real situation.Then the choice of fitting range has been discussed according to the robustness of fitting results.It turns out that the theoretical model error and systematic error of device can be reduced effectively.
