摘　　要：针对基于PC/104的嵌入式四轴运动控制卡,结合DSP专业工控芯片设计电路原理图和PCB。该设计采用PC/104嵌入式系统总线,以MCX314As芯片进行运动控制,适用于工业领域的四轴运动控制。使用Altium Designer软件进行电路原理图绘制和PCB设计,该卡设计旨在实现电火花线切割机床的运动控制。结合嵌入式CAD编程系统,搭建了嵌入式电火花线切割数控加工系统。The circuit diagram and PCB are designed on the basis of an embedded four-axis motion control card of PC/104 and an specialized DSP industry control chip.The bus of PC/104 embedded system,MCX314 As chip and Altium Designer software are applied as the bus,motion controller and circuit diagram drawing tool respectively,which renders the new design suitable for fouraxis motion control in industry field.The newly designed chip is aimed at controlling the motion of Wire Eletric Discharge Machining（WEDM）tools and establishing an embedded WEDM system with CAD programming system.
