摘　　要：针对以IGBT模块为逆变器的异步电机节能控制系统辅助电源要实现宽范围电压输入和多路隔离输出的问题,采用了单端反激式多路输出结构作为辅助电源主电路拓扑结构。设计了以PWM控制芯片TL2844B为调节核心的单端反激多路输出开关电源的方案,详细介绍了高频变压器、缓冲吸收电路、启动电路、电压反馈电路、电流限制等电路的设计,最后进行了辅助电源样机试验。实验结果表明,该电源系统各路电压输出稳定,高频噪声小,在实际应用中,满足了异步电机节能控制系统中对辅助电源的各项要求。Aiming at the problem that the energy saving control system for asynchronous motor with IGBT module as the inverter assist power supply to achievethe voltage input at super wide rangeand multi-channel and separation output, the single flyback multi-output structure is used as the main circuit topological structure of the auxiliary power supply.The paper designed the solution of the single flyback multi-output switching power supply as the regulative core of PWM control chip TL2844B, introduced the design of circuit about the high frequency transformer, buffer absorption circuit, soft-starting circuit, voltage feedback circuit and current limitationin detail, and finally carried out the prototype test of auxiliary power supply. Experimental results show that it is stable about various voltage outputsof power supply system, the high frequency noise is small, and it can meet the requirements of the auxiliary power supply in the energy saving control system for asynchronous motorin the practical application.
