摘  要:将60只昆明小鼠随机分成正常对照组,模型组,100、200、400mg/kg PE组和200mg/kg联苯双酯阳性对照组共6组,采用50mL/kg四氯化碳(CCl_4)灌胃给药,连续给药7d,制备小鼠化学性肝损伤模型,检测血清ALT、AST、TP、ALB的水平及肝组织匀浆液SOD活性和MDA的含量,并计算出肝指数及A/G,观察病理肝脏的损伤程度.实验结果表明:叶下珠提取物能显著减弱肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST水平的升高,提高血清ALB的合成量及A/G值,提高肝组织SOD活力,降低MDA生成量,使肝细胞变性、炎症细胞浸润等病变程度减轻.由此充分证明叶下珠提取物提取物有显著的保肝护肝作用.Sixty Kuming mice were randomly divided into six groups including a normal control group,a model group,three PE-treatment groups at doses of 100mg/kg,200mg/kg and 400 mg/kg of PE re-spectively,and a positive control group treated with 200 mg/kg of dimethyl dicarboxylate biphenyl (DDB),1 0 mice in each group.Two hours after the 7 d administration with PE the mice in PE groups were treated with 50mL/kg CCl4 to establish hepatic injury model of mice.Then the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB)in ser-um,and those of superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondialdehyde (MDA)in liver homogenate were each measured.And the liver index and A/G (albumin/globulin)was calculated,and degree of liver in-jury observed in pathological sections.Results showed that active compound from Phyllanthusurinaria L.significantly blocked the elevations of ALT and AST,increased the synthesis of ALB and the value of A/G in serum of mice with liver inj ury,and improved the activity of SOD and reduced the production of MDA,and alleviated the cellular degeneration and inflammatory cell infiltration in hepatic tissue.Active compound from Phyllanthus urinaria L.has significant hepatoprotective activity.
