摘　　要：大学智库的建设与发展有其独特的优势。鉴于北京大学智库建设工作的若干特色,中国特色大学智库建设应从四个方面着手:一是做好顶层设计;二是明确基本定位;三是制定科学合理的人事制度;四是建立长效运行的管理机制。The construction and development of university think tank has its own unique advantages. In view of the several fea- tures of the construction of Beijing university think tank, university think tank with the Chinese characteristics should start with following aspects： doing well top-level design, clear definition of basic orientation, drawing up scientific and rational personal mechanism, establishing long -term management mechanism.
