摘　　要：[目的]筛选0.025%五氟磺草胺可溶性药肥粒剂(WSG)的配方,为药肥一体化研究提供思路。[方法]探索制备0.025%五氟磺草胺可溶性药肥粒剂的工艺;考察不同润湿分散剂、黏结剂、载体对其理化性能的影响;分析农药成分和肥料养分含量,测定WSG对直播田杂草防效及其增产效果。[结果]利用该工艺制备的WSG,强度高、崩解快,肥料与农药成分之间无拮抗退化作用,防治效果与25 g/L五氟磺草胺OD差异显著,增产效果相当。[结论]药肥一体化是农药企业发展的新方向。[Aims] The purpose of this research was to screen optimum process conditions for penoxsulam 0.025% soluble granular pesticide and fertilizer of penoxsulam, as well as to provide ideas for research on integration of pesticide and fertilizer. [Methods] The process conditions for the soluble granular pesticide and fertilizer was explored. The effects of different wetting and dispersing agents, binders and carders on the physical and chemical properties of soluble granular pesticide and fertilizer were studied. The contents of pesticide and fertilizer were analyzed. In addition, the weeding effects and yield increasing effects of the soluble granular pesticide and fertilizer were determined in direct seeding paddy fields. [Results] The penoxsulam 0.025% soluble granular pesticide and fertilizer has the advantages of high strength, quick disintegration speed in water, no degenerated interaction between fertilizer and herbicide. Compared to penoxsularn 25 g/L OD, penoxsulam 0.025% soluble granular pesticide and fertilizer has equivalent yield increasing effects and significant weeding effects. [Conclusions] The integration of pesticide and fertilizer is a new direction for pesticide enterprises.
