摘  要:[目的]建立一种同时测定辛酰溴苯腈、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津的高效液相色谱法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水为流动相,使用ODS C18填充的不锈钢柱和可变紫外检测器,在238 nm波长下对试样中辛酰溴苯腈、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。[结果]辛酰溴苯腈、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津的线性相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9998、0.9997;标准偏差分别为0.085、0.009、0.095;变异系数分别为0.64%、0.28%、0.43%;平均回收率分别为101.42%、100.00%、98.82%。[结论]方法简便、快速,精密度和准确度高,适用于农药制剂产品中辛酰溴苯腈、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津的质量控制。[Aims] A method for simultaneous analysis ofbromoxynil octanoate, nicosulfuron and atrazine by HPLC was established. [Methods] The separation and quantitative analysis of bromoxynil octanoate, nicosulfuron and atrazine were conducted by HPLC with UV detector with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase, the ODS C18 column as fix phase at 238 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients for bromoxynil octanoate, nicosulfuronand atrazine were 0.9997, 0.9998 and 0.9997; the standard deviations were 0.085, 0.009 and 0.095; the variation coefficients were 0.64, 0.28 and 0.43%; the average recoveries were 101.42, 100.00 and 98.82%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method is simple, rapid, accurate, which is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of bromoxynil octanoate, nicosulfuron and atrazine.
