摘 要:[目的]通过氟啶虫酰胺田间防治水稻白背飞虱试验,评价其防治效果及对天敌的安全性,为生产上推广应用提供科学依据。[方法]田间条件下设置制剂为10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂600、750、900 g/hm^2,对照药剂25%吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂300 g/hm^2,药后1、3、7、14、21 d调查白背飞虱、蜘蛛虫口数量,计算药剂对飞虱的防治效果、蜘蛛的杀伤率。[结果]田间试验结果表明,10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂600、750、900 g/hm^2药后1~21 d对飞虱的防治效果为45.23%~85.41%,中高剂量防效(57.02%~85.41%)与对照药剂吡蚜酮(62.76%~92.62%)无显著性差异,试验药剂对田间蜘蛛杀伤力与吡蚜酮无显著性差异。[结论]氟啶虫酰胺对以白背飞虱为主的田间防治效果优异,对稻田蜘蛛安全,推荐剂量为10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂750~900 g/hm^2,在白背飞虱低龄若虫高峰期用药。[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of flonicamid against white-backed planthopper and safety to natural enemies by field trials to provide scientific basis for product application. [Methods] In the field trials, five treatments were designed including three kinds of flonicamid 10% WG (600, 750 and 900 g/ha), pymetrozine 25% WP (300 g/ha) and the blank control to investigate the number of white-planthopper and spiders as well as the control efficacy after 1, 3, 7, 14 and 21 days. [Results] At 600, 750 and 900 g/ha of flonicamid 10% WG, the control efficacy was 62.76 to 92.62% after 1 to 21 days. The mid-dose and high-dose of flonicamid control efficacy were 57.02 to 85.41%, while the pymetrozine was 62.76 to 92.62%, there were no significant differences, and the lethality to spiders of flonicamid was equal to pymetrozine. [Conclusions] The flonicamid has ideal field efficacy against rice planthopper and is safe to spiders. The recommended dose of flonicamid 10% WG is 750 to 900 g/ha, and the population of young low-instar nymphs at max is the best use time.
