摘 要:为了向阻尼式一维弹道修正机构优化设计提供数据参考。通过提出一种双层六片式阻力修正机构,以155 mm口径旋转稳定炮弹为研究平台,应用仿真软件研究该修正机构开槽后对弹丸气动力特性的影响。获得了修正机构开槽前后弹丸在不同马赫数下的气动力参数,并通过弹道程序评估了修正机构开槽前后的修正能力。研究结果表明:新型阻力修正机构展开过程稳定可靠,用时0.5 ms左右;修正机构开槽后,其修正能力有所上升。研究结果可为一维弹道修正弹的技术研究提供帮助。In order to provide data reference for optimum design of one-dimensional trajectory correction mechanism, a double-deck resist- ance amendatory mechanism which has six parts was designed. Taking SOCBT with 155 mm aperture as research platform, simulation soft- war was used to analyze the influences of slotted damper on correction ability of projectile. Aerodynamic parameters with different Mach number before and after slotting were obtained, correction ability of damper was evaluated through trajectory programs. The results show that the mechanism operates reliably and steadily in 0. 5 ms. After slotting, the mechanism' s correction ability increases than before. The results are helpful for further design and practical application of the one-dimensional trajectory correction mechanism.
