摘  要:天平安装过程中会产生装配应力,对元件输出值存在干扰,影响测量准度。针对此现象,文中在保证天平整体外形尺寸不变前提下,用有限元的方法研究了浮动框螺栓的紧固程度和浮动框厚度对天平测量准度的影响。结果表明:装配应力不平衡会使测量结果准度下降,浮动框的厚度也影响测量结果。风洞天平在试验中应尽量平衡装配应力,选择合适的浮动框厚度,以提高测量的准确性。Assembly stress from balance installation disturbs output value of component and affects measurement accuracy. In view of this, effect of float box bolt' s fastening degree and thickness of float box on balance measurement accuracy were studied using finite element method without changing overall balance dimension. The results show that imbalanced assembly stress reduces measurement accuracy, floating box thickness also affects the measurement result. In test, wind tunnel balance should try to balance assembly stress, appropriate floating box thickness should be selected to improve accuracy of the measurement.
