摘  要:由于载机姿态扰动的存在,机载跟瞄系统需要隔离载机扰动,同时消除光轴与目标视线角之间的误差。文中采用伺服电机作为执行机构,选择速率陀螺和电位计作为传感器。针对跟瞄系统任务需求设计了扰动隔离与精确对准两个回路的控制器,针对伺服系统中存在的非线性摩擦特性设计了摩擦补偿器。仿真结果表明,所设计的跟瞄系统响应迅速,稳定性好,扰动隔离能力强,瞄准误差小,满足一般火控系统的指标要求。Due to disturbance movement of helicopter, the on-board servo system needs isolating the movement, and eliminating error between optical axis and target LOS. In this paper, servo motor was used as actuator and rate gyro and potentiometer were chosen as sensors. In view of mission requirement of tracking system, controllers of disturbance isolation loop and precise aiming loop were designed and a compensator for friction was also designed for servo system friction. Simulation result indicates that the aiming-tracking system has fast response and good stability, and gain excellent disturbance isolation ability and small aiming error, satisfying common performance require- ment of fire control system.
