服务业垂直专业化份额的变迁及国际比较

摘　　要：在全球产业格局不断调整的背景下，服务贸易日渐成为各国提高国际分工地位的重要领域，科学总结中国服务业垂直专业化份额的历史变迁，并在与强国比较中做出定位，能够为服务贸易发展提供决策依据。通过测算1995—2011年间中国服务业垂直专业化份额，并与十大服务出口国进行比较分析发现：中国服务业国际分工参与程度和发展速度均处于中等水平，出口国外增加值的国别来源呈现多元化趋势；资本密集型服务业国际分工参与程度较低，水上运输是提升中国资本密集型服务业全球参与水平的关键产业；劳动密集型和知识密集型服务业垂直专业化发展速度堪忧，批发贸易、租赁和其他商业服务分别是导致两个领域国际分工参与程度增速缓慢的主要行业。Under the background of the global industrial structure adjustment, service trade has become an important field for countries to improve the status of the international division of la- bor, so a scientific summary of the historical changes of China＇s vertical specialization of the serv- ice industry, and a comparison with the developed countries should be made to find out our own international status and provide decision- making basis for the development of China＇s service trade. By estimating the share of vertical specialization of the service industry in China during 1995 -2011, and comparing the data with ten service exporting countries, the authors find out that the participation level and the development speed of China＇s international division of labor in service industry stay at a moderate level, and the source of the foreign added value of exports shows a trend of diversification; capital intensive service industry has a low participation degree, and the water transport industry is the key to improve China＇s capital intensive service industry in the global level; the vertical specialization of labor intensive and knowledge intensive service in- dustries develop slowly, and the wholesale trade, leasing and other business services are responsi- ble for the slow development.
