摘  要:通过化学接枝法将丙烯酸(AA)与甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)共聚物接枝在粉煤灰(FA)表面,制备出新型FA复合材料。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和热失重分析(TG)对新型FA复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,AA与HPEG共聚物成功接枝在FA表面,接枝率高达18%;通过净浆流动度以及混凝土实验表明,新型FA复合材料工作性能好,与普通FA混凝土相比,7d抗压强度提高了4.8%-13.6%,28d抗压强度提高了6.3%-9.3%,7d抗折强度提高了5.1%-12.6%,28d抗折强度提高了6.1%-13.5%。The new kind fly ash particles were successfully prepared via grafting polymer of itaconic acid with acrylic onto fly ash.Structure and properties of the new fly ash particles were investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The results revealed that poly(acrylic acid)and methyl allyl polyethenoxy ether was successfully grafted onto fly ash,grafting ratio was about 18%.The results of cement paste's fluidity and concrete working performance showed that the new fly ash particles have better field performance which can make the compressive strength of 7dincrease for 4.8%-13.6%,the compressive strength of 28 dincrease for 6.3%-9.3%,the flexural strength of 7dincrease for5.1%-12.6% and the flexural strength of 28 dincrease for 6.1%-13.5%.
