摘 要:采用预聚体法制备了一系列不同纳米二氧化硅(Silica)含量的聚丁二烯型聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)/Silica有机-无机杂化材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对聚氨酯预聚体(ITPB)、Silica和不同Silica含量的杂化材料进行了表征,并对杂化材料的热稳定性及形貌进行了研究。结果表明,成功制备了PUE/Silica有机-无机杂化材料,Silica质量分数为12%时,ITPB的—NCO反应完全;PUE/Silica有机-无机杂化材料的热稳定性明显优于纯PUE;Silica质量分数为6%以下时,Silica在PUE基体中的分散较好,随着Silica含量增加,其在PUE基体中的团聚现象愈来愈严重。A series of different nano silicon dioxide(Silica)content of polybutadiene based polyurethane elastomer(PUE)/Silica of organic-inorganic hybrid materials were prepared by pre polymerization method.Polyurethane pre polymer(ITPB),Silica and different Silica content of hybrid materials were characterized by Fu Liye transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)test,and the thermal stability and morphology of the hybrid materials were studied.The results showed that the PUE/Silica hybrid materials were successfully prepared.When the content of Silica was 12%,the—NCO of ITPB reacted completely;The thermal stability of PUE/Silica/inorganic hybrid materials was obviously better than that of pure PUE;When the content of Silica was 6% below,the dispersion of Silica in PUE matrix was good,however,with the increase of Silica content,the agglomeration of Silica in PUE matrix was becoming more and more serious.
